A more active class which combines Iyengar style poses with Vinyasa flow, to help you wake up and greet the day with vitality and joy. Suitable for all types of yogis – all levels welcomed. 

Rest and Restore

Inspired by restorative and Yin style practices, this class is a combination of gentle movement and longer held, comfortable poses which help you find a sense of peace and calm. Bring yourself to the mat each Sunday to relax, let go, and heal your body.

Yin Yang Yoga

This class is a combination of a dynamic, flowing 'yang' practice and a slow, restorative 'yin' practice and will focus on the yin tissues, meridian lines, and chakras that are associated. We will start with dynamic movements and finish slow, still, and meditative. Leave feeling worked, rested, and deeply relaxed.  The perfect balance.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.
In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Prenatal Yoga Course

Over the course of 6-weeks, different techniques will be provided to ease your transition and allow you the time and space to connect with each experience throughout this journey.

The intention with the course versus a general pregnancy yoga class is to provide a period of time that will allow for a deeper connection between mums and their changing bodies.
