Amanda has a love for creative and original sequencing and is fascinated with finding new and exciting ways of moving the human anatomy. Mindfulness alongside movement is at the forefront when she teaches, be it sweaty and dynamic or still and meditative. She has a passion for living each moment in a mindful and aware state.
You will find her holding space for people of all walks of life, but one of her specialties is pre/post natal. Her offerings range from Vinyasa, to Yin Yoga and ballet inspired Barre.
