This 2-hour workshop will provide you with the basic Pilates principles learnt on the mat and reformer. After this workshop you can discuss with the Instructor which class might be best suited for you.
This workshop is for people new to Pilates or those returning after a break and want to learn how to use a reformer before coming to a general class.
Intro to Yoga
There are many different styles of Yoga. How do you know which one to choose from?
In this 2-hour workshop, we will discuss the different styles and benefits to practicing Yoga and what they can offer you. A few of the basic Yoga principles will be taught, followed by a gently yoga sequence.
After this workshop, you can decide which class might be best suited for you.
Pelvic Floor Workshop
Become aware of and strengthen this key muscle group with a gentle sequence of Pilates exercises in this 1-hour workshop.
Adding these exercises to your physical routine can help you to avoid pelvic floor muscle weakening and allow you to workout in a more functional way. This workshop is open to all genders.
